Before Your Appointment
- Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long
- Exfoliate and moisturize skin the night before
- Avoid caffeine a couple of hours before
- Avoid alcohol night before/ day of appointment
After Your Appointment
- Avoid heat extensive exercise or anything that will make you sweat
- Avoid public pools and hot tubs for 24 hours
- After 48 hours, exfoliate 2-3 times a week and moisturize
- Return in 4 weeks
